1:1 Coaching

This type of one-on-one coaching is designed to help you figure out what wellness means to you and support you in turning your plans and ideas into reality. During each 45-minute session we’ll focus on what you want and need to feel healthy, happy, and vibrant. We’ll explore the skills and strengths you already have as well as the values and vision that bring meaning to your goals. Together we’ll celebrate your successes and learn from setbacks. Along the way you’ll learn more about yourself and how you work best.

Coaching structure varies based on client needs, but most clients meet with me every other week and initially commit to at least three months of work. Current session rate is $100.

Strengths Based Coaching

Strengths are things you enjoy and do well. We all have them. But are you using them well? During this 90-minute session we will look at your Realized and Unrealized Strengths, Learned Behaviors, and Weaknesses and discuss how they have shaped who you are today as well as how you can better use them going forward. These sessions tend to be fun, encouraging, and enlightening. You’ll walk away with a new framework for seeing how you work best and where you have opportunities to grow.

This stand-alone session is $300 and includes a full Strengths Profile assessment.
